Privacy Policy

Masafumi Osada ("the Developer") has established this Privacy Policy ("this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in Looopit ("the App") and the App's official website ("the Site").

1. Information We Collect

The App (iOS)

• Crash reports: When the App terminates unexpectedly, crash occurrence data, stack traces, and device information (OS version, device model, etc.) are collected via Firebase Crashlytics. No information that directly identifies you is included.
• Purchase information: All paid plan purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment details such as credit card numbers are never transmitted to the Developer. The App Store's privacy practices are governed by Apple Inc.'s own Privacy Policy.
• Notification permission status: The iOS notification permission status is used to deliver reminder notifications. This information is used only on-device and is never sent externally.
• Reminder data: The content of reminders you create is synced to your own iCloud account via CloudKit. The Developer cannot access this data.

The Site

• Analytics: Google Analytics is used to collect statistical information such as page views, traffic sources, and device types. The information collected is anonymized and does not identify individuals. For details on how Google uses data, please see the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The Developer does not collect the following:

• Directly identifiable personal information such as your name, address, or phone number
• Location data
• Camera or microphone access
• Contacts or calendar contents (you will be notified separately if this changes with future features)

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Detecting bugs and improving App quality
• Improving the Site

We will never sell or share collected information with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

The App and the Site use the following third-party services. Please also review each service's own privacy policy.

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — Firebase Privacy Information

• Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) — Apple Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

Firebase Crashlytics data is retained for 90 days from collection, in accordance with Google's policy. Google Analytics data for the Site is retained for 26 months.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised as needed. We will notify you of any significant changes on the Site. Continued use of the App or the Site after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
